Eligibility Requirements
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds
Refund requests are limited to a maximum of 3 items per order.
Refunds can be issued to your original payment method with a $5.99 return shipping fee deducted.
If you prefer store credit, return shipping is free.
Exchanges
If the condition of an item did not meet your expectations, you may request a free exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Items must still meet the return condition requirements listed above.
General Notes
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card.
Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
